Malyar Vinyl acrylate thermoplastic acrylic polymers soluble in low aromatic or isoparaffinic solvents are the preferred choice when solvent-borne coatings are chosen for matt wall or ceiling paints. Features which make this system attractive are:
• Excellent adhesion
• Direct application to stained or chalky surfaces (will not redissolve white-wash)
• Alkali resistance
• Non-yellowing
• Low odour
• Good application properties under adverse conditions
Particularly in the area of repainting interior surfaces, vinyl acrylate based Plioway® paints offer very fast turn-around (two coats in one day and the immediate re-use of the premises).
