The bonding of textiles is a key application in the manufacture and use of many products in virtually all domains of daily life. Examples are clothing (not only up-to — date fashion, but also functional and protective clothing), home textiles (carpets, wallpapers) and textile cleaning products (cleaning rags, extractor hood filters).
