The results related to the investigated ERs, 0.4 and 1.7, are shown in Table 5. The estimated strengths for ER=0.4 and ER=1.7 are compared in the histogram in Figure 7, with indication of the mean values and of the variation band. Considering the data altogether, independently of the value of the ER, the shear strength is averagely about 23.6MPa and the overall standard deviation is 3.85MPa.
